Shipping Fees We have a base shipping fee of $10.00 for the first item ordered with an additional $2.00 fee per subsequent items. For example, if you placed an order for 5 items, you will pay a total shipping fee of $18.00 ($10.00 for the first item plus $2.00 x 4 additional items = $8.00) Furthermore, we charge higher shipping fees ($15.00 base fee + $5.00 per subsequent items) on orders from select northern-area cities nationwide including the Territories. Tracking Your Order Whether you place your order online, or via the phone, you can check the status of your order in two ways. One, you may call our Customer Care Center at 905-677-7299. Two, refer to the Shipping Notification e-mail sent to you, and simply follow the instructions. UNDELIVERED ITEM(S) It takes an average of 10 business days to trace an item sent out by Canada Post. Courier takes an average of three days. If you do not receive your order, please contact our Customer Care Centre at 905-677-7299.
