Payment Options We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) as methods of payment. Select the appropriate card, and then fill in all of the required fields. Presently, we do not accept payments through PayPal or offer C.O.D. If, for any reason, your credit card is not approved, we will contact you either by e-mail or phone to verify your personal information. You then have the option of choosing a different credit card for that order. We do not share or sell your personal information or purchase history to anyone. In Person Orders and Pick Up We do not have the facility to accept in person orders nor do we allow orders made online to be picked up in person. All orders must be made either online through our website or by calling our Customer Care Centre at 905-677-7299. Then, all orders will shipped either via Canada Post or Canpar courier. Wait List This allows you to get a second chance at a sold-out or out-of-stock item(s). From time to time, we are able to get limited amounts of additional inventory. If this inventory becomes available you will be immediately informed and we will require your confirmation before we can process the shipment of your order on hold. Currently, Wait List orders can only be processed through our Customer Care Centre by calling 905-677-7299. Your order could take up to 45 business days to ship and there are no guarantees for availability. Your credit card will NOT be billed unless the product is shipped to you. Modify or Cancel An Order Any changes to an existing order, including requests to cancel your order, must be done through our Customer Care Centre either via e-mail or phone. Request to modify or cancel an order may take 3-5 business days to process. A Customer Care Representative will be available during regular business days to assist you.
