30-Day Money Barck Guarantee & Our Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. We will accept any product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. We ask only that you return the product in the same condition in which you received it. But before returning any product, please call our Customer Care Centre to request for an RMA number. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the item is received in our office. Refunds are credited back to the method of payment used. For example, if you purchased by your credit card, the refund will be applied to the same card. We are not responsible for packages returned without insurance. Returning an item in person Presently, we do not have the facility to accept in person returns. All returns must be mailed to the appropriate address indicated below: 1 - 7885 Tranmere Drive Mississauga, Ontario L5S 1V8 Refunds Please note that you are responsible for any costs incurred to return an item to us, and shipping fees are non-refundable including on undelivered or unclaimed orders. It takes an average of 7 business days from the day we receive the returned item to credit your account. NOTE: We charge a 10% re-stocking fee for all unclaimed and returned orders.
